FOOD PORN: Mint Chocolate Brownies

Chris and I were having a lazy Super Bowl Sunday, as neither of us give two shits about football. Instead of watching ~the big game~ we decided to break out my precious "pistachio" Kitchen Aid mixer and whip up some brownies.

I swear we were on Pinterest for like ten hours looking for a unique recipe for the classic brownie. I literally never use my Pinterest until I'm looking up a recipe for something.

Anyway, we stumbled upon this recipe for Irish Chocolate Mint Squares, so we decided to make them.

In the future, if I take photos of something that the recipe is my own, I'll make these posts more of a tutorial style, but when it's a recipe I found online, I'm just going to take a lot of photos of the process and share with you guys the link to the recipe I used and call it a "food porn" post.

Also I swear this isn't the end of my Chrachel Cook videos! I just really like using my camera for baking!

These were so fucking good, but they were a bitch and a half to get out of the pan even after greasing it beforehand. Ah well.
